Process Combustion Limited of Harrogate, niche supplier of an innovative range of bespoke combustion and heat transfer equipment to a wide range of processing
industries including oil refineries and gas plants, has been acquired by Roberts–Gordon Inc.
We acted as lead advisors for the vendors, Alec Little and Gordon Higginson, who established the business in 1986 and have successfully built Process Combustion Limited into a company employing over 60 people.
The company also designs and supplies advanced fire fighter training simulators which provide realistic emergency situations for a wide range of customers including the aircraft industry and the Royal Navy.
