The company is passionate about their herbs, only ever allowing the highest quality produce to be despatched to their customers comprising caterers, restaurants, food wholesalers and manufacturers.
Strategic Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Chat Moss Herbs, carrying out extensive research to identify suitable buyers and running a sales process which resulted in the sale to a group of private investors led by David Arden, who joins the company as the new Managing Director.
