Commenting on the specialist nature of the services provided by Strategic Corporate Finance, Marianne said
Being an independent corporate finance boutique means that we are able to work comfortably alongside accountants who have clients wishing to sell or acquire a business without any conflicts of interest arising.
This collaborative approach is highly beneficial to clients as it allows them to maintain the knowledge and ongoing involvement of their accountant, supplemented by our specialist corporate finance expertise.
