  1. We reserve the right to not include an opportunity submitted on our website or to remove a listing at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to edit any opportunities submitted before including it on our website or at any time thereafter.
  3. You confirm in submitting an opportunity that you are either a principal in the proposed transaction or have been appointed by such a principal to act for them in respect of the opportunity submitted.
  4. We reserve the right to decide which new opportunities to include in our weekly emails.
  5. You must only submit a businesses for sale if the current turnover is £1 million or more.
