Primarily they are a temp agency, which due to the seasonality of the region has far higher activity in the summer months. However, they also benefit from a level of perm recruitment from their commercial and catering sectors. The business is a member of the REC as well as holding a Gangmaster Licence which has just been renewed, as a large part of their business is in food production this is a necessity.
