Provider of enterprise level, online billing software and services to businesses worldwide seeks opportunities to acquire or partner with businesses matching the following criteria:
• Businesses which provide invoice sets, print and/or distribute invoices on behalf of their clients and those which provide payment and collection services – i.e. a print based outsourced invoicing business (also known as ‘transactional printing’ or ‘billing print services’)
• UK or US based
• Stable operational management
The ideal partner could be of any size but the acquisition target sweet spot would have the following characteristics:
• 1 or maximum 2 sites
• Established blue chip customer base buying an outsourced billing and collection service;
• Have revenues of between £5m and £10m
• Positive EBITDA
• Be in administration or threat of receivership
