A profitable, well-funded, listed design and manufacturing group with global operations including industrial safety is seeking an acquisition of a complimentary company.
The target will be a company designing and manufacturing industrial safety components and instruments for the following applications:
• Sub-sea sonar, navigation, acoustic components or instruments for the oil/gas, environmental monitoring and oceanography, and sub-sea vehicle markets
• Gas or particle detection
• Accident prevention and safety pressure relief devices
The target must be:
• Well established
• Own technical specialist product(s) and IPR
• Have a high market share of a niche market
• Have turnover £5m to £50m
• Yielding high gross margin and profits
• Have retainable senior/middle management
• Located UK or worldwide
