Deal specialists from Strategic Corporate Finance are holding a free of charge one day surgery on Wednesday 23 May 2012 specifically aimed at company owners or directors who may be contemplating:
- Expanding through acquisition
- Planning an exit from the business
- The feasibility of a management buy-out

Even where a transaction is not envisaged imminently, our surgeries will also be of interest to directors and shareholders who would like our professional view on:

The surgeries will take place in a private meeting room at the Holiday Inn Rotherham-Sheffield (close to junction 33 of the M1), between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
